If the shipment method that you choose is including parcel insurance POSLAJU, once the parcel is damaged or missing, you may claimed from courier company for your lost, maximum claim amount is RM100 only. If you choose the shipment method that are without parcel insurance [POSEXPRESS], once your parcel is damaged or missing, you will not able to claimed from courier company for your lost.Kathy's Beauty Closet does not responsible if parcel lost or broken parcel’s packing and incorrect quantity of order item is found after sign receiving with courier, the responsible will be under the courier company
